LIVE has been working with highly successful estate and letting agency businesses since 1996, developing lucrative revenue streams and strengthening brand propositions with innovative products and services.
We were the first to launch a white-labelled conveyancing service, which to this day provides agents with the control they require over their sales pipeline, whilst providing a valuable bottom-line income in a variety of markets.

Managing Director
Becky Jordan
Becky joined the Live Organisation in 2012. Previously working within the financial services sector, she brings extensive operational experience in both sales and service.
Becky also sits on the board, as Director of Customer Services, for LIVE’s sister company, enact, one of the largest and most successful conveyancing operations in England and Wales.
Becky holds overall accountability for ensuring that the service provided by LIVE meets the exacting requirements of estate agents and their clients.
Sales and Account Manager
Claire Pearson
Claire joined LIVE in 2011 as a Legal Sales Executive, before stepping up to the role of client Account Manager. Since then she has been working with our estate agency clients, to nurture their conveyancing propositions resulting in not only increased revenue, but exceptional working relationships.
With almost two decades of sales and customer service experience, Claire now holds the role of Sales and Account Manager and is responsible for leading our internal sales team to producing exceptional results, linking directly into the success and development of current and future client partnerships.
Lettings Manager
Katie Leeming
Katie joined LIVE in 2021. Previously working as a Contracts Manager in the gas industry, she brings extensive knowledge of strategic planning and resource management.
In her role as Lettings Manager, she is responsible for managing our extensive panel of inventory clerks, who produce inventory reports for leading estate agents across the UK.
