  • As a Live member you will be able to order your HIPs using our online technology, a fast and seamless process that enables you to order and track your HIPs. Integration is also available with back office systems enabling a 'push button' ordering procedure, which helps to keep data entry to a minimum.
  • We will order the Energy Performance Certificate through our EPC panel. This panel can include your own Energy Assessors or Home Inspectors.
  • Our relationship with EPC providers gives us guaranteed coverage within agreed service standards and agreed fee scale.
  • We will order all of the required searches through our existing network of Personal Search providers or direct with local authorities through our preferred NLIS channel.
  • We will obtain all of the legal elements of the HIP.
  • We will collate all of the individual elements of the HIP on-line and email you when the HIP is compliant for marketing purposes and when it is complete.
  • We aim, in registered freehold cases, to provide the HIP within 5 working days. We will work 7 days a week to ensure this turnaround time. Unregistered and Leasehold cases may take a little longer.
  • We can provide both you and your clients (if required) with professionally printed HIPs the HIP can also be supplied on either CD, or a branded USB memory stick - The Hipstick(tm)
  • We will provide password-protected on-line access to the HIP
  • We will provide a menu of payment options from which you may choose the best option for your marketplace.
