On Thursday July 14th at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, RE/MAX Wales, Cheshire & Merseyside, in conjunction with the LIVE Organisation, will be launching their own Conveyancing solution for their network of franchised offices.

The system developed by LIVE over the past nine years will help the RE/MAX network meet the challenges of complying with the legislative changes under the housing bill, and the introduction of the Home Information Packs, due to be introduced in January 2007.

Features such as weekly progress reports, internet and text updates, client liaison teams and a no sale no fee policy will further enhance the level of service that each individual RE/MAX Sales Associate can offer their clients, by streamlining and speeding up the house sales process.

RE/MAX Regional Director Rob Lock said, "We are very excited at the opportunities that these new legislative changes bring. The whole process of buying or selling a property is long over due for a complete overhaul. With the technology available today there is no reason why the time from sale to completion cannot be cut by 50%. Both vendors and purchasers want a smooth, uncomplicated, stress free experience and customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We believe that this new system will help streamline the process and eliminate a lot of the stress usually associated with moving home."

The event is planned as part of the regional quarterly broker meeting and brokers & associates from across Wales, Cheshire & Merseyside will be in attendance.
