The company, Live, has taken over Academy house on London Road, former home to software giant, LogicaCMG. Live employs around 60 staff, many of whom are involved in marketing legal services to people moving home. The Live service is introduced to home buyers when they make an offer on a new house or to sellers when an offer is accepted.
