The Live Organisation has purchased The Inventory Exchange as part of its strategy to offer a wide range of products and services to lettings agents, estate agents and other companies in the lettings market. Rob Sendall, founder and Chairman of the Live Organisation, explains: “The Inventory Exchange was formed, over 18 months ago by a group of dedicated lettings professionals, exclusively to serve the needs of the residential lettings industry. The Inventory Exchange provides lettings agents with a wide range of superior products all complemented by digital photography and all designed to enhance the professional and services the agents provide. All these concepts fit perfectly with Live’s approach to the estate agency market and as with Live, The Inventory Exchange has invested heavily in the latest technology to make the job of the agent as simple and effective as possible.” The Live Organisation has always provided services above and beyond its highly successful conveyancing products. Live was the first to offer utilities and telecoms services for estate agencies and the company has continued to innovate in the market. Sendall adds: “The Inventory Exchange is a superb product for the lettings industry, based on highly developed software which is user friendly and of real benefit to the client. Live’s acquisition of The Inventory Exchange is the first phase of our expansion into this sector of the property industry and we have a number of other projects in development which will see Live offering a full range of services to lettings agents” | |
