The Live Organisation, the Camberley based UK leading provider of residential conveyancing, is launching a ‘give up or pay money back’ no smoking scheme to all its employees. The scheme will offer all its smoking employees assistance with kicking the habit by paying for either a full course of nicotine patches or hypnotherapy. The Live Organisation has recently moved to new premises at Academy House, London Road, Camberley with a totally non-smoking environment both inside and out of the building.

Rob Sendall, The Live Organisation’s  Managing Director said, ‘At Live, we appreciate how difficult it is to give up smoking and most people need additional encouragement in order to beat the addiction. We wish to promote a healthier lifestyle for our employees, but after a qualifying period if the employee is still smoking they will have to pay the appropriate funds back to the company.’
