Market leading HIP provider, The Live Organisation comments that the recent announcements regarding HIPs have made its proposition even more attractive. Tim Price , Sales & Marketing Director for The Live Organisation, explains, “The Government has made a change to the make-up of the mandatory pack. The Home Condition Report will no longer be a required element for the ‘Big Bang’ launch. They will however, still be an authorised document for inclusion when requested. HIPs will be introduced with searches, other key documents and energy performance certificates on a mandatory basis from 1st June 2007. The Live Organisation with its capacity and local conveyancing solutions at the heart of the business, is probably the only HIP provider with this flexible approach who can cope with such changes and deliver the best solution for their estate agent clients”. For many years The Live Organisation has produced a Homefile product which mirrors the recently amended HIP without searches and energy report. Every month Live creates over 3,000 Homefiles for their estate agent partners who benefit from enhanced control of their sales. This is an improved unique selling point at valuations and in turn offers a better service to their client”. Tim Price adds, “As a HIP provider, Live is unique for two reasons. Firstly we are part of a worldwide group of companies which has substantial resources and a long term view on serving the UK residential property industry. Secondly Live has the best track record in the market for delivering high performance revenue streams for estate agents. Our HIPs proposition is the latest in a continuous evolution of innovative solutions for the residential property industry. We are committed to the estate agent market and are sufficiently flexible to be able to meet the requirements of the forthcoming HIP – even if they change again at some point in the future. Today, because of our 10 years experience and our Homefile product, we are confident that any Live client will be in a position to meet their legal requirements and benefit from innovative additional Live services when HIPs are introduced next year”. | |
