Robert Sendall

Robert Sendall - Group Managing Director of The Live Organisation Ltd and CEO First Title Property Services
Robert's early career was spent as an estate agent with Roger Platt in Maidenhead, part of the Royal Life group. In 1996, Robert founded The Live Organisation Ltd in partnership with a leading Reading law firm. Robert lives in Hampshire and is married with five children. He is responsible for the day to day management of the Live Organisation and the overall strategic direction of the Live Group of Companies including Live Homefile Live's HIP business, Live Overseas for clients buying and selling properties abroad in any one of 43 countries, the Live Letting Exchange which provides a range of key letting services and TEAM Conveyancing, Live's joint venture with Team Association. Robert is also the CEO for First Title Property Services and oversees the strategic direction of enact which provides HIP assembly services, Conveyancing services and high volume remortgage services for many of the countries largest banks and building societies. Under Robert's leadership the group continues to evolve and grow and is launching a number of new and innovative initiatives to the UK estate agency marketplace.

   

Alix Pretlove

Alix Pretlove - Finance Director
Alix, a mathematics graduate, started her professional training at KPMG in the City. Thereafter, she joined BAe Systems as Financial Controller and after 2 years joined British Airways at the Heathrow Operations Centre, responsible for IT and Engineering functions. Alix lives in Hampshire and has a young family. Her responsibilities include strategy modelling, financial compliance and detailed forecasting.

   

Barry Cranston

Barry Cranston - IT Director
Barry Cranston heads up the IT Department at Live. Barry joined Live in 2003 from a career as a Software Architect and Trainer/Mentor. His role within the executive team includes responsibility for the development and delivery of all aspects of Lives technology strategy, as well as taking an active role in the development of new product and service offerings. In his spare time he enjoys climbing, hill-walking and mountain biking.

   

Trevor Youens

Trevor Youens - Key Accounts Director
With twenty years experience in estate agency and financial services, most recently as Managing Director of an Independent Financial Advisor firm, Trevor joined LIVE in 2005. His extensive experience in these markets ensures he is able to assist our clients in developing their propositions whilst adding additional revenue. He is responsible for all estate agency relationships as well as those with our key network accounts. In addition his role is central to the development other integral aspects of the overall business. Trevor is married with two children living in Camberley, Surrey

   

Hayley Fellows

Hayley Fellows - Operations Director
Hayley began her career as a Financial Adviser and progressed through sales management into compliance and operations management roles. Her extensive experience within a heavily regulated and ever changing Financial Services environment made her the ideal addition to the Live team when she joined as Operations Manager in 2007. Hayley has since been invited to join the Executive Team as Operations Director.

Ron Ballard

Ron Ballard - Head of Contracts and Solicitor Recruitment
Ron Ballard joined Live in 1999 and is responsible for managing Solicitor Recruitment to the Live legal conveyancing panel. He is also responsible for the management of a number of Contract arrangements with our business partners and ensuring that agreements are compliant with current legislation and the regulatory issues that apply to the Live business arrangements. Ron previously worked with Abbey National plc in both Sales and Mortgage Operations and enjoys swimming and golf in his spare time.

   
Dave Hunt

Dave Hunt - Head of Business Development
Dave Hunt runs our business development department. Dave joined Live after completing his business degree at Sheffield Hallam University. He is responsible for project managing new businesses through to launch. His department acts as the first point of contact for our estate agency network and is responsible for managing and developing these relationships. His team is responsible for maximising the sales and income opportunities for our business partners. In his spare time, Dave is a keen golfer.

   
Charlotte Allen

Charlotte Allen - Agent Support Team Leader
Charlotte joined Live in September 2002 after graduating from Winchester University; she now heads up the Agent Support team and is responsible for maintaining the influx of business into the company, building relationships with estate agents and various incentive programs. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and has a keen interest in film.

   
Maurene Collier

Maurene Collier - Human Resources Manager
CIPD qualified, she brings with her over 15 years experience of HR best practice having worked within the brewing and property sectors. Maurene supports Live's ongoing recruitment needs and provides first line advice to managers and staff.

   
David Pye

David Pye - Business Project Manager
Dave joined Live in 2007 as a Business Project Manager, having worked for several years in project-based roles for major financial organisations. He brings a wealth of experience in the fast moving and heavily regulated environment of Financial Services which is ideal for the wide ranging role he occupies at Live. Dave is married with two young children and lives in Wokingham, where in his spare time he runs a football team as well as the occasional half-marathon.

   
Daniel Denyer

Daniel Denyer - Operations Manager
Daniel Denyer joined Live in October 2007 and manages the operations side of HIPs and Conveyancing. Prior to joining Live, Dan spent 10 years working in the financial services industry managing projects for a number of large financial institutions within the UK. Dan is married with two children living in Farnborough, Hampshire.

   
Simon Roberts

Simon Roberts - Call Centre Manager
Simon joined Live in December 2006 to manage our Call Centre functions , with over 12 year’s experience of running Call Centres for a number of multinational companies. Simon is responsible for our inbound and outbound conveyancing functions, utility switching, van hire and insurance teams.

   
Michelle Clarke

Michelle Clarke - Network Services Team Leader
Michelle Clarke joined Live in February 2002 and has been the Team Leader of Network services since August 2006 .She is responsible for a team which maintains client relationships. Michelle previously worked at a telecommunications company and prior to that at Gala Bingo for six years where she become a Supervisor, treasurer and a licensee holder . Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, her animals and taking her dogs for walks.

   
Laura Sendall

Laura Sendall - Field Services Manager
Laura joined the LIVE organisation in November 2006. After a brief spell in the Legal Services Team she was promoted to head up the Field Services Team who provide the day to day management and support of the Domestic Energy Assessor panel. In her spare time Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a keen interest in literature.

   
Sam Stanfield

Sam Stanfield - Legal Services Team Leader
Sam joined the LIVE organization in October 2004, she heads up the Legal Services Team who provide day to day support to LIVE’s legal panel and are responsible for promoting LIVE’s additional products and services. In her spare time Sam enjoys socializing with her friends and is also a keen horse rider.

Gary Tutt

Gary Tutt - IT Operations Manager
Gary's career began developing and provisioning office automation systems to the legal sector. After five years, he became the IT Manager for the Performance Management Division of Nortel Networks. During the final years at Nortel Gary became a Network Management Consultant working throughout the world on major telecommunications projects. Since joining Live in 2003 he has been responsible for IT Infrastructure.

   
Carl Potter

Carl Potter - Software Development Manager
Carl Potter heads up the Software Development Department at Live. Carl joined Live at the end of 2005, he uses his extensive corporate knowledge of software development to produce robust and quality focused applications. Carl is a hands-on technical manager with a keen focus on implementing business growth opportunities and operational efficiencies. In his spare time Carl enjoys fishing, chess and running.

   
Ian Pinkcock

Ian Pinnock - IT Support Team Leader
Ian heads up the IT support Desk at Live. Ian joined LIVE in early 2007 after previously working for DHL in Prague for 3 years, heading up their IT Support desk. Ian brings with him his extensive experience of the Help Desk and Customer Service Industry.

Roy Fuller

Roy Fuller - National Business Manager
Roy Fuller is our National Business Manager having joined Live from our parent company First Title in January 2006. With a background in Estate agency Roy has spent the last 3 years piloting Home Information Packs within our own Estate agency, this has provided him with a good deal of knowledge and understanding of HIPs when recruiting Estate agents into our network

   
Matt Cronin

Matt Cronin - Business Development Manager
Matt's responsibilities are to develop Lives business relationships throughout the UK. Before joining The Live Organisation, Matt worked in the Financial Services Industry for 11 years as a Financial Adviser, the vast majority of that time working for and with Independent Estate Agents.

   
Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer - Business Development Manager
Mark Palmer is our South of England Business Manager and has been in the property industry for over 21 years. Mark worked his way up the ladder with a variety of Independent and corporate companies to director level and also successfully ran his own 3 branch network. His is responsible for building new relationships with independent estate agents and solicitors looking to join our exclusive panel of law firms.

   
Allan Acton Slaney

Allan Acton Slaney - Business Development Manager
Allan is our Business Development Manager, working in the Midlands and north of the country. He has worked in all aspects of estate agency since the early nineties and has a wealth of experience in HIPs, having worked in the industry for the last three years. He is a professional, like minded person, having a good deal of industry knowledge and who understands your business.
