IDIRECTORS
   

Robert Sendall - Chairman
Robert's early career was spent as an estate agent with Roger Platt in Maidenhead, part of the Royal Life group. In 1996, Robert founded The Live Organisation Ltd in partnership with a leading Reading law firm. Robert, 37, lives in Hampshire and is married with four children. He is responsible for managing the relationship with Live's key clients and the overall strategic direction of the business.

   

Alix Pretlove - Finance Director
Alix, a mathematics graduate, started her professional training at KPMG in the City. Thereafter, she joined BAe Systems as Financial Controller and after 2 years joined British Airways at the Heathrow Operations Centre, responsible for IT and Engineering functions. Alix lives in Hampshire and has a young family. Her responsibilities include strategy modelling, financial compliance and detailed forecasting.

   

Barry Cranston - IT Director
Barry Cranston heads up the IT Department at Live.  Barry joined Live in 2003 from a career as a Software Developer and Microsoft Certified Trainer. He uses his experience as a developer and team motivator to produce secure and scalable business critical software solutions, that help streamline operational efficiency and continue the growth of Lives market share.  In his spare time Barry enjoys sport climbing.

 

Tim Price - Sales & Marketing Director
Tim's career began with a cavalry regiment in the armed forces (The Royal Hussars p.w.o). He then made the (natural!) career progression in 1990 into estate agency. After working for a Basingstoke agent for two years, Tim opened his own estate agency business in Fleet, Hampshire. He has also held the position of Head of Legal & General's Estate Agency Network working with many of the UK's leading agents and brokers. Tim is responsible for Live's sales operation and the marketing of the Live brand.

 

Trevor Youens - Operations Director
Previously worked as Managing Director of an Independent Financial Advisor firm and joined LIVE to bring his extensive experience in the financial services estate agency and surveying markets to the company, in advance of HIPs. Responsible for the call centre and estate agency relationships. Trevor is married with two children living in Camberley, Surrey.

 
IOPERATIONS
 

Ron Ballard - Network Services Manager
Ron Ballard joined Live in 1999 and manages our Network Services Department. He is responsible for a team which maintains the legal panel and deals with all client and lawyer customer service issues. Ron previously worked  with Abbey National plc in both Sales and Mortgage Operations and enjoys swimming and golf in his spare time.

   

David Hunt - Sales Operations Manager
Dave Hunt runs both the Sales Centre and Agent Support department. Dave 27, Joined Live after completing his business degree at Sheffield Hallam University. He is responsible for project managing new businesses through to launch. His Agent Support department acts as the first point of contact for our estate agency network and is responsible for managing and developing these relationships. Dave has taken over the running of the Call Centre and is now responsible for maximising the sales opportunities passed to us through our estate agency partners. In his spare time, Dave is a keen golfer. Dave is Employee of 2004 (Sales).

   

Charlotte Allen - Agent Support Team Leader
Charlotte joined Live in September 2002 after graduating from Winchester University. After a short time in Live's Call Centre, Charlotte joined the Agent Support team and has recently progressed to Team Leader. Charlotte and the team are responsible for maintaining the influx of business into the company, building relationships with estate agents and various incentive programs. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and has a keen interest in film.

   

Maurene Collier - Human Resources Manager
Maurene has recently joined the team as HR Manager. CIPD qualified, she brings with her over 15 years experience of HR best practice having worked within the brewing and property sectors. Maurene supports Live's ongoing recruitment needs and provides first line advice to managers and staff.

   

Rebecca Payne - Finance Manager
Rebecca Payne joined Live in July 2004 and has been managing the Accounts Department since November 2004. Rebecca has previously worked as the Accountant for a Berkshire based estate agency group, Financial Analyst for Six Flags Theme Parks and brings with her 12 years experience from other Accounting roles. Rebecca loves to travel and has visited many countries around the world.

Gary Tutt - Technical Support Manager
Gary’s career began developing and provisioning office automation systems to the legal sector.  After five years, he became the IT Manager for the Performance Management Division of Nortel Networks. During the final years at Nortel Gary became a Network Management Consultant working throughout the world on major telecommunications projects. Since joining Live in 2003 he has been responsible for  IT Infrastructure. Gary is the Employee of 2004 (Operations).

   

Carl Potter - Software Development Manager
Carl Potter heads up the Software Development Department at Live. Carl, 42, joined Live at the end of 2005, he uses his extensive corporate knowledge of software development to produce robust and quality focused applications. Carl is a hands-on technical manager with a keen focus on implementing business growth opportunities and operational efficiencies. In his spare time Carl enjoys fishing, chess and running.

Adrian Roberts - National Business Manager
Adrian Roberts is our National business manager having joined Live in March 2002. Adrian is responsible for the new business department and developing our network of independent estate agents and solicitors across the country with a wealth of estate agency experience with corporate, independent and commercial agency firms.  As well as spending time out of the industry in Pharmaceuticals and IT sales.

 

Roy Fuller - National Business Manager
Roy Fuller is our Network Development Executive having joined Live from our parent company First Title in January 2006. With a background in Estate agency Roy has spent the last 3 years piloting Home Information Packs within our own Estate agency, this has provided him with a good deal of knowledge and understanding of HIPs when recruiting Estate agents into our network

 

Matt Cronin - National Business Manager
Matt’s responsibilities are to develop Live’s business relationships throughout the UK. Before joining The Live Organisation, Matt worked in the Financial Services Industry for 11 years as a Financial Adviser, the vast majority of that time working for and with Independent Estate Agents.
